What comes
in the
Tailwaiters
package? |

The
Tailwaiters
package
includes all
equipment
you’d ever
need for a
tailgate. We
provide a
grill,
cooking
supplies, a
table,
chairs,
napkins,
eating
utensils,
and, of
course,
food! You
can choose
between a
number of
tailgating
packages
available on
our
“Order
Your
Tailgate”
page. To
customize
your
package, you
can select
additional
food items a
la carte on
the ordering
page.
We also
offer items
to enhance
your
tailgating
experience. Please
call or
email Tailwaiters
for a free
quote on the
size on your

What about
beer and
alcohol I
want to
include with
my
tailgating

Tailwaiters
does not
provide beer
or alcohol
for your
tailgate.
Non-alcoholic
beverages
can be
ordered a la
carte.
However, all
alcohol must
be purchased
separately
and brought
to the
stadium lots
by the
customer.

What happens
if we eat
all the food
and want
more? |
| |
All food
must be
ordered
prior to
arriving at
the stadium
lots.
Tailwaiters
does not
sell
additional
food or
drinks
onsite the
day of the
game. You
can review
the various
packages
offered on
our
“Order
Your
Tailgate”
page.
Different
packages
include food
quantities
suitable for
anywhere
from four to
twenty
people.
Please
calculate
the number
of people
who will be
attending
your
tailgate and
choose the
appropriate
package to
ensure there
is a
sufficient
amount to
eat. If a
large number
of people
are
attending
your
tailgate,
you can
order
multiple
packages or
select
additional
food items a
la carte.

When do we
need to
arrive at
the venue? |
| |
In order to
receive
optimal
service, it
is
recommended
to arrive at
the venue
lots at
least 2
hours before
start of
event.
This allows
adequate
time to set
up your
tailgate and
ensure you
will enjoy
your unique
tailgating
experience.
Arriving
earlier
makes
parking
easier so
you
can choose a
specific lot
closer to
Tailwaiters’
central lot
location.

What happens if we get stuck in traffic or are late? |

If you
arrive late
we still
will provide
your
tailgate.
However, you
must be
parked in
one of the
designated
lots. If you
are forced
to park
beyond these
lots, we
will not be
able to
reach you
and you will
have to walk
to the
Tailwaiters
station
where we
will set up
your
tailgate. In
order to
best enjoy
your
Tailwaiters
experience,
please be
sure to
arrive at
the lots in
a timely
manner.

Upon
arrival,
what do we
do and when
can we
expect our
food and
tailgating
equipment to
arrive at
our
location? |

Once you
arrive at
one of the
appropriate
parking
lots, call
the
Tailwaiters
phone line
at
516-353-8482.
Our
employees
will be
on-site
ready to
help you set
up your
tailgate. In
your call,
please be
prepared to
provide
details
concerning
your exact
parking
location.
Then take
a moment to
relax! Your
Tailwaiters
service will
arrive
within
fifteen
minutes of
your call.
Keep in mind
the earlier
you arrive
and the
closer to
the
Tailwaiters
base you
park, the
faster your
service will
arrive.

Can I use
Tailwaiters
even if I
don’t have a
car or a
spot in the
lot? |

Absolutely!
If you have
parked away
from the
venue lots
or have
taken the
bus to the
game, all
you have to
do is meet
us at the Tailwaiters
station and
we’ll set up
your
tailgate!
You’ll know
you’re in
the right
place when
you see our
vans and the Tailwaiters
flag. Or
just look
for a lot of
people
enjoying
great
tailgates!

When will
Tailwaiters
return to
pick up the
equipment? |
| |
Please allow
fifteen
minutes
prior to
entering the
stadium to
call the
Tailwaiters
phone line
and notify
us your
tailgate is
over. We
will return
for the
pick-up
before you
leave to
watch the
game.
Tailwaiters
allows
customers to
enjoy their
tailgate up
to event
start time.
After
this point,
all
tailgating
equipment
must be
returned
unless
previous
arrangements
have been
made. |

will clean
and pack up

We
accept
returns
of
unused/unopened
tangible
products
only.
If you
are
unsatisfied
with any
tangible

refunded

Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations
must be
made via
email or
phone at
least 12
hours
prior to
kickoff
of the
game
being
attended.
Payment
will not
be
refunded,
but the
customer
will be
entitled
to a
tailgate
of equal
or
lesser
value at
a future
event.

Delivery
Policy
If
Tailwaiters
products
or
services
are not
received
by the
customer,
that
customer
will be
reimbursed
for the
full
value of
their
payment
for
those
goods
and/or
services.
